Bulawayo citizen give a round of applause to its council for being the only council to provide to its resident clean water in the country.
This was revealed by the Chairman for the Bulawayo United Residents Association (BURA), Mr Winos Dube during a press conference held recently in the city.This is something remarkable as Bulawayo knows and values that water is life and that every one is entitled to clean safe water,
